Submission Guidelines

Submissions are assessed and accepted according to the following guidelines:

  • Pedagogy is tailored to address power discrepancies between demographics and critique structures that sustain those systems of power and subjugation
  • Materials establish a paradigm committed to actively dismantling the hegemonies that structure and represent heteronormativity, racism, classism, ableism, and/or sexism
  • The critical theories or methods employed promote student agency and activism within and/or outside of the classroom
  • Assignments aim/flex to mobilize students’ areas of expertise, experience, and/or inquiry
  • Content and framework center and cultivate equity by ensuring all materials are made available and accessible to students
  • Activities address and amend any chasmic disparities in students’ access to resources
  • Assignments do not regulate student language

While submissions can be published anonymously, please omit any contact and personal information from uploaded material. Contributors may also request to have their submissions retracted from the site by filling out a contact form, located on the far right of the website's navigation bar.
